Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment receipt. Orders are shipped on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Poland only.
Delivery Methods, Transit Time, and Shipping Prices
Czech Republic
1. Czech Post
For delivery of your parcel, you can choose delivery by a Czech Post mail carrier.
If the carrier is unable to reach you at the provided address, the parcel will be stored at the nearest post office.
The parcel will be available for collection for 5 days only.
Transit time: 1–2 working days

Cash on Delivery: 145 CZK
2. Balíkovna - Pickup Point
For parcel delivery, you may select the nearest Balíkovna pickup point.
You can choose from more than 5,000 pickup locations.
Payment can be made in cash or by card, if supported by the selected pickup point.
Transit time: 1–2 working days
Prepaid: 66 CZK
Cash on Delivery: 96 CZK
3. PPL Courier – Home Delivery
For delivery of your parcel, you can choose the PPL Home courier service.
The courier will personally deliver the parcel directly to your hands — at home, in the office, or at your workplace reception.
Payment can be made in cash or by card.
If the courier is unable to reach you, the parcel will be stored at the nearest PPL pickup point, where you can collect it the same day.
Transit time: 1–2 working days
Prepaid: 95 CZK
Cash on Delivery: 125 CZK
4. PPL Courier - Pickup Point
For parcel delivery, you may select the nearest PPL pickup point.
You can choose from more than 5,000 pickup locations.
Payment can be made in cash or by card, if supported by the selected pickup point.
Transit time: 1–2 working days
Prepaid: 71 CZK
Cash on Delivery: 101 CZK
5. Zásilkovna – Pickup Point
For parcel delivery, you may select the nearest Zásilkovna pickup point.
You can choose from more than 5,000 pickup locations.
Payment can be made in cash or by card, if supported by the selected pickup point.
Transit time: 1–2 working days
Prepaid: 88 CZK
Cash on Delivery: 118 CZK
6. Personal Pickup from Warehouse
You may collect your parcel free of charge from our warehouse at:

on any working day between 9:30 and 13:00.
Payment on site can be made in cash.
Free shipping is available for all delivery methods on orders over CZK 1,200.

Undelivered and Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an unavailable pickup point, the customer may choose one of the following options:
- Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
- Refund of the purchase price of the returned goods, in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer protection laws
Returned parcels will be resent only upon customer request.
Additional Information
All shipping prices are displayed in the local currency (EUR, PLN, or CZK) and include 21% VAT.
Cash on Delivery is available only where explicitly stated.
Delivery times consist of order processing time + carrier transit time, depending on courier and method:
- Czech Republic: 1–2 working days
- Slovakia: 3–8 working days
- Germany: 4–7 working days
- Poland: 4–8 working days
