Returns, Exchanges and Complaints Policy

1. Exchanges

If the size does not fit or you would like a different color, you may exchange the product under the conditions below.

Exchange Methods

Return in Person

You may return the product in person to our warehouse:

The exchange will be arranged on-site. If the requested product is in stock, the exchange can be completed immediately.

Return by Courier

You may also send the product by courier to the following address:

Please include a copy of the invoice and clearly indicate the requested size or replacement product, or send this information by email to info@fannifen.cz.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer. After receiving the returned product, the replacement item will be sent by courier.

Exchange Conditions

  • Only unworn and unwashed underwear may be exchanged.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • This does not affect the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.


2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The return must include the order number and return information.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Refund Amount

Refunds include the purchase price of the returned goods.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

  • Order number

  • Bank account or payment details for the refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.


3. Complaints (Defective Products)

If you receive a defective product, please contact us for resolution.

Complaint Procedure

  • Email info@fannifen.cz with the order number, product name, and a description of the defect, or

  • Return the product to our warehouse:

Complaint Handling

  • Defective products will be replaced with the same item or refunded.

  • Complaints will be processed within 30 days from the date of submission.

  • Complaints do not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect handling, or mechanical damage.

  • Care instructions provided by the manufacturer must be followed.

  • This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective goods under applicable EU law.
